Comfort Zone
Sometimes to create change we have to take a small step out of our comfort zone, into our growth zone.
If we want a new outcome we have to do something differently.
"if we do what we've always done, we'll get what we have always got"
Anxiety thinks it is keeping us safe, but as I am sure you know, most of the time it is keeping us stuck.
In the Calm Camp program we look at how our behaviour and our choices are linked to our beliefs, our thoughts and our feelings.
Often these beliefs, thoughts and feelings are unconscious. Once we shine a light on them, you then have the power to change them. With out that light, change is not easy. Knowledge is power.
