Hello and thank you for visiting my page! I'm Mel Yea and a lot of my life has been dedicated to finding calm, firstly for myself and then for others.

I spent the last 14 years noticing what worked well for my clients. Both in one to one NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Coaching sessions and in the training room.

In Calm Camp I share the most effective and simple tools and strategies that can make a big difference in moving away from anxiety and overwhelm.

I take you through 10 informal videos and supporting exercises, creating a pause to the outside world. A moment away to learn about yourself and put you back in control of your mind.

You're invited to work at your pace, feeling supported and empowered towards your calmer future.

I ask the right questions and sign post the way forward. You answer the questions with honest self reflection and with this new awareness we create choices and regain your balance.

I had severe anxiety in my teens and twenties. When I was 30 I had my first Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) session and couldn't believe how effective it was. I started learning NLP and began a journey of discovering tools and strategies for more calm. I now work with companies as a Learning and Well-being Specialist and privately with people for more calm and clarity. I am a Master NLP practitioner, Coach, Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner. I wanted to create a program that felt manageable and supportive, with out you having to leave the house. Because I know that sometimes that first step, can feel big. In this way I can come to you, through the videos and exercises and we can work together.
